This policy explains the information used by the A3 SOLUC website, why it is used and which external services may participate in the experience.

WHAT THE SITE PROCESSES

Only the information needed for the website’s features.

The CNPJ lookup uses public company registration information. Depending on the public source, the response may include company name, trade name, registration status, primary business activity, city, state, company size, Simples Nacional status and MEI status.

The website may temporarily process an IP address to protect the lookup API against abuse. Browser storage is also used to save language and accessibility preferences.

Purposes

Operate the website, remember preferences, protect the CNPJ lookup against abuse, enable contact and comply with legal or regulatory obligations when applicable.

Third parties

The website uses Vercel infrastructure, BrasilAPI for public CNPJ information and Google Maps. WhatsApp, Instagram and email services apply their own policies when you choose to open them.

Cookies and storage

A3 SOLUC’s own website code does not currently use behavioral advertising cookies or its own advertising tracking. Embedded third-party services may use their own technologies.

Retention and security

Rate-limit information is temporary and kept in memory. CNPJ responses may be technically cached. The site uses HTTPS, input validation, rate limiting and restrictions against API misuse.

YOUR RIGHTS

Requests can be made when applicable.

Depending on the applicable legal context, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction and information about sharing. Where applicable, other rights may include anonymization, blocking, deletion, opposition or withdrawal of consent.
